I’m the Founder of The Executive Edit, an agency that’s dedicated to creating sustainable growth for entrepreneurs by making really big, complex things simple. I love grande, crazy ideas that requires a lot of stretching to make it happen, getting stuff done fills my cup, and bridging the gap between two complex worlds has felt like a super power.
Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, I’m now a St. Louis girlie who eat, sleep, and breathe all things that propels entrepreneurs and spending time with my family. I’m the forever learner; I have an MBA from LSU and a Ph.D from Illinois State University (Go Redbirds!). I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes, from six-figure startups to multi-million-dollar organizations, building streamlined operations and leading large teams through strategic challenges. My experience managing over $150M in federal, state, and private funds has deepened my expertise in compliance, accountability, and sustainable growth.
After years of refining my skills and learning what’s my zone of genius, I found my true calling—helping businesses, like yours, grow from the inside out. I’ve built and managed six-figure operations, provided financial projections for multi-million dollar portfolios, led teams through complex challenges, and helped CEOs focus on what they do best: dreaming big. While I embrace strategic disruption, my approach is always grounded in stability and empathy. I don’t just “get things done”—I make sure we get the right things done.
